1. Shipping Information

Shipping Options
We offer the following shipping methods:

• Flat Rate Shipping via Canada Post Ground Service (no tracking number). To optimize shipping costs, we ship once a week, allowing us to provide a low worldwide flat rate fee.
• UPS Shipping with a tracking number. This option provides faster delivery and tracking capabilities.

Customers can select their preferred shipping method at checkout.

Shipping Zones
We ship worldwide. However, some restrictions may apply depending on local import regulations. Please verify your country's import policies before placing an order.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the selected shipping method. Larger or heavier products are not eligible for international flat rate shipping and may incur additional shipping costs. If your order includes such an item, flat rate shipping will not be available at checkout.

Order Processing & Delivery Times

• Orders are processed within 1–7 business days before shipment.
• Delivery times vary depending on the destination and local postal services.
• Once an order is shipped, we are not responsible for delays due to customs processing or other postal service issues.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

• Flat rate shipping does not include tracking, so we cannot guarantee delivery times or investigate lost packages.
• MicrophoneDIY is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages due to postal service issues.
• Customers who require tracking should select UPS shipping at checkout.

Customs & Tariffs
MicrophoneDIY is not responsible for any import tariffs or duties imposed by your country. We do not issue refunds if a customer chooses to return merchandise due to import tariffs or fees. We do our best to offer products that are made in Canada to help reduce such issues.

Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item is defective upon arrival. If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.
