The D-47 Kit includes a carefully designed circuit featuring a Twin 6028/408A Pentode Tube in parallel, a concept first developed by Oliver Archut, aimed at reducing noise and output impedance to deliver the true character of the original U47. This kit is compatible with both K47 and M7 type condenser capsules, allowing you to choose the capsule that best suits your sound preferences. The D-47 also supports the AMI BV08 Classic Series Transformer and the AMI T47 Transformer for a classic, high-quality output. If you prefer, an additional PCB is available for the use of the Cinemag 2461 NiCo Transformer.
One of the standout features of this kit is the true omni pattern switching achieved through an ultra-High impedance relay, which is installed on the microphone PCB and controlled via the microphone PSU for seamless operation.
